Kanaloa’s manila clams are the smaller of our two clam options. Manila clams are among the sweetest of Pacific clams and a wonderful addition to stews, soups or pasta dishes. Farmed in the US Northwest year round, Kanaloa’s manila clams are sold by the pound, which will usually yield between 14-25 clams.
