Whether you’re making crab cakes, crab dip, gumbo or seafood chowder, our jumbo crab is the perfect addition. These sweet and salty white lumps are tender and flakey; they are definitely a seafood treat. The lump of meat comes from the fin area of blue crabs, each crab yielding two lumps, and is considered the most succulent piece of meat. All of Kanaloa’s jumbo crab meat is sustainably farmed along Lake Pontchartrain in Louisiana and is never pasteurized.
